Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-09-19
Senri (“we”, “us”) is operated by Senri Inc., a Delaware corporation. This policy explains what we collect when you use https://senri.ai and the Senri application at https://adwork.senri.ai (together, the “Service”), why, who we share it with, and how to delete it. Questions and requests: privacy@senri.ai.
1. Who we are and who this applies to
Senri helps small businesses plan, create, publish and measure social media posts and ads. It is a business tool: you use it on behalf of a business you own or are authorised to represent. This policy covers business owners and team members who use the Service, visitors to https://senri.ai, and people whose public comments or messages reach us through a connected social platform.
2. What we collect
- Account data. Your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text. For security we keep a log of sign-ins, sign-outs, password and email changes with the IP address and browser used.
- Business data. The business profile you set up (name, country, currency, timezone, language, website), the brand information you type in, and the images you upload.
- Connected platform data. When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Threads profile, LinkedIn profile or page, or X account, we receive from that platform: the identifiers and names of the accounts you connect, an access token that lets us act on your behalf, the posts we publish for you, comments and messages on those posts and the replies you send from Senri, and daily performance figures (followers, reach, impressions, engagement). If you connect a Meta ad account we also receive ad account identifiers and campaign performance (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions). Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown, logged or sent to any AI provider.
- Content you create. Drafts, captions, generated images, schedules and the instructions you give our AI assistant.
- Usage and technical data. Server logs and error reports.
- Payment data. When paid plans launch, payments are processed by Stripe; we store your subscription status and Stripe identifiers, never card numbers.
- Waitlist and contact. The email address you leave on https://senri.ai and the messages you send us.
3. How we use it
To provide the Service (publish and schedule posts, reply to comments, report performance, propose ad budget changes you approve); to generate content with AI on your request; to send transactional emails (verification, password resets, notifications you enable); to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse; to bill you once paid plans launch; to understand how the Service is used, in aggregate, and improve it; to answer your support requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not use platform data for advertising to you.
4. Data from Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and X
We use data from a connected platform only to provide the features you asked for on that platform, in line with Meta’s Platform Terms, LinkedIn’s Marketing API Terms and X’s Developer Agreement. We do not sell it, share it with data brokers, use it to build profiles of people, or use it to train AI models. Comments and messages from other people are shown only to the business that owns the account they were left on. Where a platform sets a shorter storage limit than this policy, the platform’s limit applies. When you disconnect an account, we mark it disconnected and erase the access token we stored for it, so we collect nothing further from that platform. What was already collected stays: the posts you published through Senri and their performance figures are your own content and remain in your workspace’s history and reporting, and the comments and messages other people left on those accounts remain in your inbox. Section 9 says how long each is kept and how to have it removed.
5. AI processing
Text is generated with Anthropic’s Claude models through their API; images with one of Google, OpenAI or Replicate depending on our configuration. What we send is what the task needs: the instructions you and your team type, the brand information and documents you give us, the drafts and captions being worked on, and content from a connected platform when the task is about it. The prompts we build ourselves carry business context — industry, goal, country, language, brand voice and the public text of your website — and leave out your name, your email address and your business’s display name; text you write yourself is sent as you wrote it, so anything you put in it reaches the provider. Access tokens and passwords are never sent. The providers process what we send to return a result; we do not use your content to train AI models.
6. Who we share data with
Service providers acting on our instructions: Vercel (web hosting), Railway (application servers, database, cache), Cloudflare (media storage), Anthropic and the image providers above (AI), Postmark (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (waitlist emails). The social and ad platforms you connect receive the posts, replies and campaign changes you ask us to send. We disclose data when the law requires it, and to a successor if Senri is acquired (we would notify you first). Most providers are in the United States; where EU or UK law requires it we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Cookies
The application uses two strictly necessary cookies, senri_access and senri_refresh, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies and we run no advertising or analytics trackers. Our error-monitoring provider’s script (Sentry) does run in your browser: it reports errors together with basic browser information and a trail of the pages you moved through before one.
8. Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
Performance of our contract with you (providing the Service); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement); your consent (marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time); legal obligations (accounting, responding to lawful requests).
9. How long we keep data
Account and business data: for as long as your account exists. Connected platform data: while the account stays connected, with two exceptions. Your own content — the posts you published through Senri and their aggregate performance figures — stays in your workspace’s history and reporting after you disconnect, and the assistant still uses it there, until you delete your account or ask us to delete it; a deletion request sent through a platform does not remove it. The comments and messages other people left on those accounts stay in your inbox history so that conversations you already handled do not disappear mid-thread; they are removed when you delete your account, when you ask us to, or when a platform’s data-deletion request reaches us. Access tokens work the other way round: when you disconnect, or the platform tells us you removed Senri, the account is marked disconnected and the token we stored for it is erased at once — the same for a connected Meta ad account. Deletion requests sent from the platform reach us automatically for Threads, Facebook and Instagram, and the Facebook one also covers a Meta ad account connected with the same login. Security logs: kept while your account exists; removed on request. Error reports and server logs: up to 90 days. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we stop using it immediately; the records are marked deleted, excluded from every feature and process, and are erased from our systems on request within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
10. Delete your data
You can delete data in four ways:
- Delete your account in Settings → Danger zone → Delete account: this removes your account, your businesses and their content.
- Disconnect a platform from Brand → Social intelligence in the app — or from Ads → Connect for an ad account — where each connected account has a Disconnect action: the account is marked disconnected and the access token we stored for it is erased at once, so we collect nothing further from that platform. The posts you already published through Senri, their performance figures, your ad campaign records, and the comments and messages already collected into your inbox stay in your workspace’s history, reporting and inbox. To remove those too, delete your account as described above, or ask us by email.
- From the platform. On Facebook — which covers both Facebook Pages and the Instagram accounts connected through them — or on Threads, open Settings → Apps and Websites, remove Senri and choose “Send request”: the platform notifies us automatically, we disconnect the account — including any Meta ad account you connected with the same Facebook login — erase the stored access tokens and remove the comments and messages collected from those accounts, and you receive a confirmation code and a status page. The posts you published through Senri, their performance figures and your ad campaign records are your own content and stay — to remove those as well, delete your account or write to privacy@senri.ai.
- By email to privacy@senri.ai from the address on your account; we confirm within 30 days.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to privacy@senri.ai; we answer within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising; you may exercise the rights above without discrimination.
12. Security
Data moves over TLS; platform tokens are encrypted at rest; access to production systems is limited to the people who run the Service and is logged. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at privacy@senri.ai if you believe your account was accessed without permission.
13. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
14. Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above; for material changes we email account holders first.
